Tahini & Honey Muesli Cookies

Serves makes 12

Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup natural muesli macadamia cranberry

¼ cup tahini

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Combine the tahini and honey in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften and liquefy. Whip together with the cinnamon using a small whisk. Add the muesli and mix to coat well. 

Spoon onto the baking sheet in bite-sized pieces. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool on the tray to firm up.
