Tomato & Chilli Casarecce

Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

120g casarecce 

2 tbsp hot chilli sauce

10g garlic, chopped

80ml passata

Basil, to garnish 

50g parmesan

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

Method

Boil your pasta.

Over a medium heat, add your olive oil, garlic, and chilli paste. Followed by your passata.

Add your pasta to your sauce then garnish with fresh basil and parmesan.
