Hemp Seed Pesto

Serves 4

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

4 cups fresh basil leaves
½ cup hemp seeds
Juice of ½ a lemon
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
¼ cup almonds
½ cup parmesan

To serve
Raw vegetables

Method

All ingredients into a food processor. You may need to add a little more extra virgin olive oil or water to slightly loosen the pesto.
Serve with raw veggies.
