Coconut Milk Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

400ml coconut milk

200ml water

1 banana, fresh or frozen

1 cup mixed frozen berries

Shredded coconut, to serve

Method

Place all the ingredients except shredded coconut in a blender.

Blitz until smooth.

Enjoy in a glass, top with shredded coconut.
