Cheats 10 Minute Curry Pizza

Serves make 1

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

2 plain soft wraps 

2 tbsp Thai red curry paste 

1 tbsp tomato puree 

½ red pepper, sliced 

½ red onion, sliced 

100g left over rotisserie chicken (or roast chicken) 

100g mozzarella, ripped 

50g cheddar, grated

1 tbsp coriander, chopped

Method

To make your base for your pizza, mix your curry paste with the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. 

Spread a thin layer of the paste on the first wrap before placing the second wrap on top. Now use the remaining paste on the top wrap.

Next assemble your pizza, with the red peppers, chicken, onion, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes on grill setting. You can also do this in an air fryer as well. 

Once it comes out top with coriander and enjoy.
