Ingredients

1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved 

1 tsp classic monkfruit sweetener

Method

Preheat the oven to 140C. 

Half your cherry tomatoes, and place in a bowl. Toss with monk fruit sweetener and pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. 

Bake for 50-60 minutes.
