Mango and Passionfruit Gelato Eton Mess

Ingredients
4 scoops mango and passionfruit swirl gelato
100g meringue nests, roughly crushed
1 mango, peeled and diced
2 passionfruit, pulp only
2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes (optional)
Method
Layer the crushed meringue, diced mango, and scoops of mango and passionfruit swirl gelato in serving glasses or bowls.
Drizzle passionfruit pulp over the layers, and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes if using.
