Time 15 minutes plus setting time

Ingredients

500g coconut biscuits

100g butter

1 jar hazelnut & vanilla spread

50ml espresso

50ml coffee liqueur

300g dark chocolate

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ cup whole coffee beans

In a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and spread and stir until smooth and combined. Add the espresso and coffee liqueur and stir through. Add the crushed biscuits and mix until everything is combined.

Place the mixture into the slice tin and press down evenly.
