Serves 6-8 as a snack

Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

250g coconut rice, cooked

1 tsp tamari

1 tsp sesame oil 

1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

Combine rice with ingredients above – ensure all well combined.

Place the mixture inside baking paper and fold over.

Use a rolling pin to flatten it well.

Put it in the microwave for 8 minutes and remove.

Break it off and serve.
