Chocolate & Hazelnut Thickshake

Serves 2-4

Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

4 scoops chocolate gelato (about 300g)

1 tbsp hazelnut & caramel spread

300ml full cream milk, chilled

Whipped cream, to serve

Crushed roasted hazelnuts, to garnish

Method

Place the chocolate gelato, spread and milk into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, thick and creamy - about 20 seconds.

If using, drizzle chocolate syrup or melted chocolate around the inside of two tall glasses. Pour in the thickshake and top with whipped cream.

Finish with a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts and a small swirl of Penotti on top for that café-style finish. Serve immediately with a wide straw or long spoon.
