5 Minute Gooey Egg and Rice
Serves 2
Time 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 × butter & sea salt rice cup
2 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chilli oil
1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
Method
Bring a small saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Add a splash of vinegar. Reduce heat and gently place eggs into water, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until your liking. Drain on paper towel.
While the eggs are cooking, microwave the rice cup for 60 seconds.
To serve, place the rice into a bowl (or serve directly in the rice cup). Cut the eggs in half and place on top.
Finish with chilli oil and chopped chives. Enjoy!
