1-2 large circles of watermelon
1 cup of vanilla yoghurt
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced into small pieces
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
Coconut flakes, to serve
Small flowers, to serve
Ensure you have an entire circle of watermelon – from the centre of a watermelon – roughly 4cm thick.
Spread yoghurt evenly over the centre of the watermelon slice – ensure you leave a rim around the rind, so it looks like a pizza.
Arrange fruit over the yoghurt area.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and arrange flowers across the pizza prior to serving.
Cut into 8 pieces to serve.
