Vegan Cinnamon French Toast

Serves 4
Time 30 minutes


2 ripe bananas
¾ cup almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp allspice
1 tbsp natural sweetener
1 loaf bread, sliced thickly
1 tbsp coconut oil

To serve
Fruit spread
Vegan ice cream


In a food processor blend bananas, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon and allspice. Place banana batter in a bowl and carefully dip bread slices into the mixture.
Heat coconut oil on a large frying pan on a medium heat.
Cook bread for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve with fruit spread and vegan ice cream.
