1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
1 bag green beans, ends trimmed
1 clove garlic, microplaned
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp white truffle oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
½ cup parmesan cheese
Lightly steam greens until they are tender.
Toss with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, truffle oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Line a prepared baking tray with greens and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the beans.
Grill in a hot oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
Serve with lemon wedges.
