Tropical Fruit Yoghurt Ice-blocks

Ingredients

1 cup of unsweetened yoghurt
2 scoops Isowhey Strawberry protein powder
1 mango, skin, skin and flesh removed
4 passion fruits
1 punnet of strawberry, stem removed

6-hole, 1/4 cup- capacity ice-block mold.

Method

In a food processor, blend the yoghurt and the Isowhey strawberry protein powder. Once blended fill the ice-blocks mold to half way.

Blend the mango and strawberry till smooth and sold in the passion fruit. Fill the ice-block molds and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
