Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

370g dark chocolate, chopped

370g butter

6 eggs

2½ cups caster sugar

1½ cups plain flour, sifted

1 cup cocoa, sifted

1½ cups white chocolate, chopped

1½ cups milk chocolate, chopped

Method

Melt dark chocolate and butter over bain-marie. Whisk eggs and sugar until thick. Fold melted chocolate, butter, egg and sugar, then mix. Fold in flour and cocoa. Fold in white and milk chocolate. Pour into tin lined with silicone paper. Bake for 35 – 40 min (approx) at 180°C.

Cool in tin, turn out and cut into squares.
