Tofu Skewers with Spicy Asian Dressing


25 tofu cubes



1 tbsp chiili paste or sauce

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp palm sugar, grated

2 tbsp veggie stock

Parsley or coriander to garnish



Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Add the tofu to the bowl and allow to marinate for about 30 min.

Soak your skewers in water so they won’t burn on the BBQ then thread the meat/tofu on them.

Cook on a hot barbie for one minute on each side or until they just turn pink. Garnish with lots of Italian parsley or coriander.
