Toasted Calcium Wrap


1 piece Mountain Bread

1/3 cup cooked quinoa

1 heaped tsp pesto

3 small pieces of bocconcini, sliced

A little olive oil


In a bowl mix together the quinoa and pesto. Place this at one end of the bread then place the cheese on top. Roll up tightly then place in a pan with the oil. Allow to turn golden brown all sides.
