The Perfect Porridge

Serves 1
Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup quick oats

250ml plant-based milk  

100ml water

1 pinch salt

 

Serve

Greek yoghurt

Honey

Raspberries

Method

In a small saucepan place oats, liquid and a pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

Serve with chosen toppings.
