1 cauliflower, cut into florets
3 large eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup almond meal
1 ½ cups panko crumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Teriyaki Honey Sauce
1 cup teriyaki sauce
½ cup honey
Preheat the oven to 160C. Prepare a lined baking tray.
In a small mixing bowl combine the eggs, milk and in another put the almond flour.
In another small mixing bowl combine panko crumbs, garlic powder salt and pepper.
Dip the cauliflower in the almond flour, then the egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs.
Place on the lined baking trays and roast for 35-40 minutes until crisp and golden.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl whisk the teriyaki sauce and honey until combined.
Drizzle the sauce over the nuggets, use any remaining sauce as a dipping sauce. Bake for further 5-10 minutes.
Garnish wiTh sesame seeds, serve with remaining teriyaki honey sauce.
