Sweet Berry Truss Antipasto Platter

1 x punnet sweet berry Truss Tomatoes
1 x bunch chives
1 x bunch basil
1 x cup bocconcini cheese
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Antipasto Platter
250g Smoked Salmon
250g Shaved Leg Ham
250g Prosciutto
Block Camembert Cheese
Block Edam Cheese
½ Cup Green Olives
½ Cup Roasted Red Pepper (Capsicum)
1 x Cup Macadamia Nuts
Black Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


To make salad, chop tomatoes and add to a bowl with chives, torn basil and bocconcini cheese. Season with salt and pepper then add a splash of olive and balsamic vinegar.

Assemble salad on a platter with antipasto ingredients and serve.
