Serves 8 - 10 muffins
Ingredients
2 cups wholemeal flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ cup almond meal
¼ cup olive oil
2 eggs
1.5 cups milk (replace with soy milk for dairy free option)
2 tsp of Natvia or 2-4 tbsp of honey
1 banana mashed
¼ cup oats
Method
Pre-heat oven to 160C.
Mix all the dry ingredients, except oats. Add all wet ingredients. Add oats and mix well. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Once the muffins have cooled down, serve with yogurt, cinnamon and enjoy with a cup of chamomile. Yum!
