Sticky Brown Rice


1 cup organic brown rice

3 cups orange juice

1 tbls ginger, grated

1 ts cinnamon

1 tbls LSA

1 tbsl walnuts, chopped

½ cup paw paw, diced


Place the washed rice, juice, ginger and cinnamon in the pressure cooker or a pot. Cook until the rice has softened – about 15 minutes in a pressure cooker or 40 minutes in a pot. In the case of the latter, you will need to stir it regularly and maybe add more liquid.

Serve in a bowl garnished with LSA, walnuts and paw paw.
