10 large plums, halved and cored
1 tbsp fresh ginger, microplaned
¼ cup filtered water
1 orange, juiced
½ cinnamon stick
Coconut ice cream
Place plum halves cut side down in a pan. Add water, juice, cinnamon and ginger to the pan and stir through. Cover with a lid and place over medium-low heat and stew for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with coconut ice cream and macadamia nuts.
