Stewed Nutty Fruit

Ingredients

2 apples, cored 

2 pears, cored

2 peaches, stone removed

1 cinnamon quill

1 star anise

1 orange, peeled and juiced

½ cup natural yoghurt

1 tbsp LSA

1 tbsp pear juice concentrate 

¼ cup of water

Method

Slice fruit then put in a pot with cinnamon, star anise, orange peel and juice and gently cook for about 10 min until fruit is tender. Serve warm fruit in small bowls with a dollop of yoghurt sprinkled with LSA and drizzled with pear concentrate.
