8-10 prawns, shelled, deveined, tails on
1-2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp rendang curry paste
1 cup shiitake, oyster and enoki mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup spring onions
¼ cup coriander
1 long red chilli, chopped
salt and pepper
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Place some baking paper in the base of the steamer of the Magimix Cook Expert. Add the mixture on top of the baking paper and put the lid on. Steam, using the auto function, for 20 minutes at 110°C.
