Spicy Macadamias


1 cup macadamias, raw

1 – 2 tsp safflower oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp ground cumin, or seeds

½ – 1 tsp cayenne powder

1 tsp sea salt



Heat a flat pan on the stove then add all the ingredients. Stir over a medium heat until the nuts are coated with the spice, oil and salt and starting to turn golden. Drain on a kitchen towel to cool slightly and drain then serve warm.
