Spaghetti al Olio


500g San Remo Spaghetti

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

100g butter

6 cloves Garlic

1 tbls dried Chilli (or 1 long red chilli)

2 Anchovies

1 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped

1/4 red onion, sliced


Cook the pasta as per packet directions

In a pan with some olive oil, put in the onion, anchovies and garlic and allow them to saute in the pan. If the pasta is ready, place it into the pan with the parsley and some salt to taste and chilli.

Serve with some parmessan cheese
