Serve: 2 – 4, Prep: 10 minutes, Cooking 10-15 minutes
500g chicken breast, cut into thick strips
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
2 garlic cloves, crushed and sliced
½ head of cabbage, cut into ¼ (keep stem on)
2 tsp. Sesame oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds, toasted
In a large bowl mix together all of the chicken ingredients.
In another bowl mix all of the cabbage ingredients together.
Heat a BBQ or grill to a medium to high heat and on one half of the grill cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes each side or till cooked through. Cook the cabbage on the other half of the grill for approx. the same time as the chicken or till cooked through, approx. 10 minutes.
Serve on a platter.
