1.5 cups plain flour
1.5-2 cups milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Mix all of the batter ingredients together and allow to rest for 15-30 minutes.
Place crepe pan on a medium heat and ladle in enough batter to coat the pan. Once golden on the bottom flip and cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the crepe warm with your favourite savoury toppings – for example a mixture of feta, tomato, mixed fresh chopped herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
