1 cup gluten free oats
1 cup gluten free oat flour
½ cup macadamias, smashed or chopped
4 dates, chopped finely
2 ripe bananas, mashed
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup natural sweetener
½ cup almond milk
1 punnet blueberries
4 tbsp sugar-free fruit spread
¼ cup desiccated coconut
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl mix the oats, oat flour, macadamias, banana, dates, chia seeds, salt, cacao powder, cinnamon, baking powder and natural sweetener together. Add the almond milk while mixing.
Add blueberries and stir through.
Spread on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Cool and spread with sugar-free fruit spread and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
Refrigerate and slice into bars.
