Roasted Walnuts with Maple Syrup & Cinnamon


½ cup walnuts
2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch of sea salt
2 cups sheep’s milk yoghurt


Pre-heat the oven to 160C.
In a bowl combine all the ingredients and thoroughly combine.
Place the almond mixture on a baking tray and place in the oven for 10minute.
Leave to cool for 30minutes.
Serve the yoghurt topped with ¼ cup of walnuts in a decorative glass.
