Ricotta & Spinach Tortilla Cannelloni

Ingredients

1 packet Mission burrito tortilla wraps (about 8 wraps)
700ml tomato passata
1 cup grated tasty cheese

Filling
400g ricotta
1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
¼ cup chives, chopped
¼ cup parmesan grated
Salt
Pepper

Method

Preheat oven toe 180°C.

Mix together the filling ingredients

Spread a thick layer onto the wraps.

Roll the wraps up and place in an rectangular baking dish.

Pour over passata until all the cannelloni is covered.

Cover with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes until golden.
