Ingredients
60 g Butter
90 g Sugar
125 g Short grain rice
1 vanilla pod
500 ml milk
500 ml cream
pinch salt

Method
Preheat oven 160°c
Melt butter over low heat, add sugar and rice stir for 5 min.
Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt. Bring to the boil and cook for 20 min. Pour mix into oven dish bake for 2 – 3 min.
Variation:
Use coconut cream
Or cook over stove until soft and then bake.
