Rice Cream Wild Hibiscus Sorbet


3 cups frozen rice milk

1-2 tbls wild hibiscus syrup (to taste)

2 finger limes, seeds removed

2 tbsl slithered almonds

garnish with a wild hibiscus flower


In a food processor, blitz together the rice milk, syrup and limes.

Serve in a bowl with a little extra syrup and the flower.
