Raw Spicy Tuna Rice Paper Roll

Serves 2-4
Time 15 minutes


1 packet rice paper rolls
Warm water, for soaking
1 lebanese cucumber, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
3 spring onions, cut into segment

500g tuna, diced
1 avocado, diced
½ cup seaweed salad
1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
1 green chilli, deseeded and finely diced
1 knob fresh ginger, finely diced
1 tbsp AYAM Soya Sauce
2 tbsp AYAM Hot Chilli Sauce
1 tsp mirin


In a bowl, combine all filling ingredients and mix well.

To assemble, soak a rice paper roll in warm water until pliable and spoon a small amount of the filling and a 3 pieces each of cucumber, capsicum and spring onions.
