Raw Oat & Date Porridge

Ingredients

Health tip: dates are a source of potassium, an essential nutrient to maintain optimal fluid and electrolyte balance in the body, a great post-work out food!

1 cup VITASOY soy milk
¾ cup rolled oats
¼ cup quinoa flakes
1 tbsp psyllium husks
2 fresh dates, chopped
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch vanilla
1 banana

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl.
