Raw Green Curry Paste

Serves 4
Time 15 minutes


10 green chillies, seeds removed
1 bunch of coriander, leaves, stem and roots, washed
½ tbsp. cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 kaffir lime leaves
1 spring onion
1 tbsp. tamari soy sauce (MSG and preservative free)
1 lime, juiced


Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth.

Store in a glass jar till needed.
