Quinoa & Banana Chia Porridge

Serves 2
Time 10 minutes


1 cup cooked quinoa
½ cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Regular
1 banana, mashed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey, optional


In a saucepan combine all of the ingredients, except the honey and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve in a bowl drizzled with honey and topped with fruit of choice.
