1 box of San Remo cannelloni tubes
1 whole butternut Pumkin
1 bottle Pasata
1 bunch chopped Parsely
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop pumpkin and bake for 20 minutes.
Mash pumpkin and stir through chopped parsley.
Pipe pumpkin and parsley into cannelloni tubes.
Cover with pasata and Bake at 180ºC 15 – 20 min
