Pork Chops



4 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp caraway seed

1 tbsp ginger powder

1 tbsp dried chilli flakes

1 tbsp ground black pepper

2 tbsp fresh coriander  

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar


4 pork chops (350g each)



Mix the rub ingredients together.

Rub onto the pork chops and marinade for at least an hour.

Grill on a high heat for 1 min. Then cook in oven at 200°C for approx. 10 min.

Squeeze lemon on top.
