Pistachio and Rose Water Halva


1 cup sesame seeds, toasted

2 tbls Natvia

2 tbls pistachios

1 tsp rose water

2 tbls raisins

2 tbls raw honey

Wax paper


In a spice grinder or mortar and pestle pound the sesame seeds until you get a fine powder. Add the Natvia and blitz again. Put in a processor with the rest of the ingredients and process until you get a stiff batter. Shape into a log and wrap in wax paper, twisting the ends. Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.
