Perfectly Seasoned Chicken Schnitzel

Serves 1-2

1 chicken breast, butterflied 

Pinch chicken stock powder

Salt & pepper


1 cup plain flour 

Pinch chicken stock powder


2 eggs

½ cup milk 

Pinch chicken stock powder


2 cups panko bread crumbs 

Pinch chicken stock powder

Extra virgin olive oil for frying

Season your chicken breast with a pinch of chicken stock powder, a little pinch of salt and some freshly cracked black pepper. 

Dust the chicken in flour with a pinch of chicken stock powder. Dip in the prepared egg wash and then the panko bread crumb mixture. To get a super crispy schnitzel, dip again into the egg and panko mixture. 

Pour olive oil into a hot pan over medium-high heat, and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
