1 cup parmesan, grated
1 tsp parsley, chopped finely
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl combine the parmesan and parsley .
On a lined baking tray, place small mounds of mixture evenly spaced.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool on tray.
