Chocolate Parfait

Ingredients

6 yolks

12 eggs

650g sugar

1500ml cream, soft peaks

400g chocolate

1 1/2 shots of black coffee

 

Method

Mix the yolks, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the cream and fold through mixture.

Divide mixture in half. Flavour half the mixture with melted chocolate. Flavour second half with black coffee shots.
