Pappa’s Frits with Chorizo and Olives

Serves 2-3
Time 30 minutes


1 large chorizo sausages, sliced on angle

3 kiffler potatoes, skinned, boiled and thickly sliced

3 garlic cloves, crushed

¼ red onion, sliced

1 red chilli, sliced on angle

¼ bunch parsley, chopped

¼ bunch coriander, chopped

1 tsp. smoked paprika

⅓ cup mixed olives, pitted

garlic chives, to serve

olive oil

salt and pepper



Drizzle olive oil in a pan and fry potatoes. When potatoes are golden, add the chorizo, onions, garlic, pepper, paprika, parsley, coriander and olives. Cook for 5 minutes or until onions have slightly softened. Garnish with garlic chives.
