Pappardelle Aglio E Olio

4 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 bunch parsley, roughly chopped
½ packet pappardelle, cooked


In a medium sized pan, add olive oil and garlic and fry until golden. Add the parsley and pappardelle, cook for 1 minute, tossing well in the oil.
