Palmier Cheese Biscuit


1 pkt puff pastry

100gm parmesan cheese, grated

100gm pecorino cheese, grated


Lay out the puff pastry and spread the cheese over the pastry. Fold the sides of the pastry in over the cheese and then fold in half the same way to form a log. Leave it in the fridge for 30min so the pastry firms up, then slice into pieces about 1 cm thick and put onto a baking tray with some baking paper, leaving a bit of room for the biscuits to expand.

Bake in the oven at 200C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
