Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

500g olives pitted

2 cloves garlic, chopped

4 – 5 anchovies

100 gm capers

olive oil, pitted

Handful of chives, roughly chopped

Handful of parsley, roughly chopped

Method        

Blend anchovies, olives, herbs, capers, garlic and olive oil to lubricate for 30 secs. Put in a bowl.

Add pepper & fold thru to taste.
