1 lamb sausage, grilled
1 pork sausage, grilled
200gm bacon, grilled
100gm rump steak
1 red onion, sliced
1 cup chopped shitake mushrooms
1 tomato, cut in half
1/2 cup cream
1 bunch chives, finely chopped
100gm Swiss cheese, grated
Preheat your oven to 180C
In a frying pan, melt some butter and fry off the red onion. Once the onion is soft, add the mushrooms to the panned sweat them off at a medium heat. Season with some salt.
Beat the eggs together and mix in the cream.
On a griddle pan, seal the rump steak on both sides, but leave it rare. Take a large baking dish and brush it with butter then lay down the 2 sausages, bacon, rump steak, tomato, mushrooms and onion. Pour in the egg and cream mixture and sprinkle the cheese and chives over the top.
Bake in the oven for approx 12 minutes, until the egg has set, the cheese has melted and the steak is cooked to your preference.
